Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the League21 platform by players, clubs, referees, guardians, partners, and visitors.

Accounts & registration

You must provide accurate registration information. Some roles require payment of a registration or renewal fee set by League21 administrators. Free (zero-fee) registrations may still require approval.

Approvals

League21 staff may approve or reject registrations. Pending accounts may have limited access until approved.

Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content, harass others, manipulate competition integrity, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse payments/refunds. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Competition data

Fixtures, results, standings, cards, and awards published on League21 reflect competition records. Venue names on matches may be snapshotted at assignment time.

Payments

Fees are charged through third-party gateways. Refunds, if any, follow League21 and gateway policies. Developer platform fees may apply as configured by League21.

Intellectual property

League21 branding, platform software, and curated content remain League21 property. You retain rights to content you upload, and grant League21 a licence to display it for platform operation.

Limitation

The platform is provided as available for grassroots competition operations. League21 is not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime, third-party payment failures, or user-submitted content, except where law requires otherwise.
