League21 (“we”, “us”) operates the League21 football platform for players, clubs, referees, guardians, and staff across Nigeria.

We collect account details you provide (name, phone, email), registration and payment metadata, club and player profile content you upload (photos, bios, stadium details), and technical logs needed to secure the service.

How we use information

We use your data to run registrations and renewals, verify accounts, process payments, operate competitions (fixtures, standings, discipline, awards), provide scouting and public profiles you choose to publish, and communicate service updates.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by our payment partners. The email used at checkout may be retained as a payment reference even if you later change your login email.

Sharing

We share data with payment providers, hosting/storage vendors, and League21 staff who need it to operate the competition. Public profile fields you publish (for example player or club pages) are visible to visitors.

Retention & security

We retain records for as long as needed for competition integrity, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We apply access controls and encryption in transit where supported.

Your choices

You may request access or correction of your account data by contacting League21. Guardians may manage linked minor accounts where the platform provides that capability.
